1. Booking & Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed only after advance payment or deposit. Garudadri Nagar Cottages reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund where applicable.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may incur extra charges. Devotees are requested to adhere to timings.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by booking type or peak season (Brahmotsavam, etc.). Refunds will be processed as per booking terms shared during reservation via phone or WhatsApp.

4. Cottage Policies

Guests must present valid government ID (Aadhar/Voter ID) at check-in.
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, and non-veg food is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Any damage to property will be charged accordingly.

5. Liability

The management shall not be liable for any loss of valuables, gold ornaments, cash, or damage during the stay. Guests are advised to take care of their belongings.
