As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID).
Note: If check-in is denied due to lack of required documents, no refund will be provided.
Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional services (such as extra bedding, room service, laundry, etc.). Any additional charges are the responsibility of the guest.
Other special supplements may apply during peak festival periods such as Vaikunta Ekadasi, Brahmotsavam, or New Year. These charges must be cleared directly at the desk.
In case of an increase in the tariff due to government regulations or peak season demand, the devotee is liable to pay the difference if the stay period falls during these dates.
